The mission of this caucus is to provide an opportunity for Minorites within the Young Democrats of Oklahoma to establish primary relationships through a system of programming, interaction, and accountability. In doing this we hope that lives are enhanced, and Oklahoma is better for it.

The motto for this caucus is 'Leading is Serving... Building a Legacy of Empowerment.'
